Drift Beds Ltd is committed to providing a transparent, timely, and reliable delivery experience. This Delivery Policy explains our shipping process, expected delivery timeframes, and responsibilities of both parties.

1. Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery on all orders across the UK Mainland.

There are no additional delivery charges added during checkout. The price shown at the time of order is the final price you will pay.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • While we strive to meet this timeframe, certain factors such as stock availability, courier schedules, and exceptional conditions may cause delays.

If a delay is anticipated, we will inform you by email or telephone.

3. Delivery Areas

At this time, we deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.

We currently do not deliver to the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Channel Islands
  • International addresses

We are actively working to expand our service coverage in the future.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order has been placed:

  • You will receive an email confirming your order.
  • We may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm delivery details.
  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your building unless agreed otherwise.
  • You (or someone on your behalf) must be available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date.

Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for the delivery team.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If you are not present to receive the delivery at the scheduled time:

  • Our courier may leave a delivery card with further instructions.
  • In the case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details or unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to accept the order.

6. Access Requirements

Before delivery, please ensure:

  • All access routes (hallways, doorways, stairs, etc.) are clear and suitable for the product dimensions.
  • You inform us in advance of any access restrictions (e.g., upper floors without lift access, gated properties, or time-limited access).

We are not liable for failed deliveries where access restrictions were not communicated beforehand.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your items. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged or incorrect.

If this occurs:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancy.
  • We will arrange for a suitable solution such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

Failure to report issues within the specified time may affect your ability to claim a remedy.

8. Click & Collect

We currently do not offer a Click & Collect option. All products are delivered directly to the address provided at the time of order.
